Bardo explores the concept of "the in-between"—the liminal space between life and death. This collection offers flexible, day-to-night wear that effortlessly transitions between work and play, radiating a sense of sophistication with a hint of rebellion. Inspired by subtle skater influences and a perceived slacker aesthetic, Bardo’s pieces bring a refined yet scrappy approach to contemporary fashion, embodying a warm, welcoming feel that channels a touch of Southern hospitality. With a focus on deconstruction, each garment embraces evolution and change, reflecting a refined funk and readiness for mischief. The logo design, grounded in negative space, symbolizes the brand’s embrace of transitions, capturing the essence of "the in-between" in every stitch.

The color palette for Bardo draws inspiration directly from the materials in the clothing—natural yet striking, with warm tones that add a rich sense of depth. To infuse a spirit of play into the brand collateral, we incorporated organic shapes, unexpected cropping, and a unique approach to scale. These elements work together to create a dynamic visual experience, balancing sophistication with a playful edge that mirrors the collection’s essence.
